As a passionate advocate for leadership and organizational development, I have dedicated my career to fostering growth and driving positive change within educational and community-focused organizations. Currently, I serve as the Director of the Career & Employment Hub at the University of Southern Maine, where I lead a dynamic team in enhancing student career readiness, employer relations, and community partnerships.
With seven years of experience in higher education administration, I have developed a deep understanding of strategic planning, team development, and operational efficiency. My journey in leadership began with a commitment to improving our department's effectiveness, leading to significant achievements such as doubling our team size, securing substantial grants, and establishing impactful programs like peer career advising and equity-focused internships.
My PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development has further enriched my expertise, allowing me to blend theoretical knowledge with practical application. My dissertation focuses on organizational adaptability through teamwork.
