About me
I am the proud author of the best selling book "Creating Cultures of Neuroinclusion: A Framework for Peopling and Engaging Neurodiverse Talent. I enjoy traveling the world to present to schools and organizations about neuroinclusion and neurodiversity-affirming practices. My work as a speaker, consultant, and coach is at the intersection of culture, neurodiversity, disability, mental health, and LGBTQIA. I believe intersectionality is at the heart of any effective framework for cultural transformation in the workplace. I have 32 years of experience as a mental health professional and advocate and 54 years of lived experience as a queer, disabled, multiply-neurodivergent person. Please connect with me if you want to hire me as a speaker, consultant, or coach!
